Amaras.org is a joint project of the American Research Association for Caucasian & Caspian Studies (ARACS), and Stratomedia Inc.— experts in multimedia, web and graphic design.

ARACS is an academic organization that conducts research on history, politics and economics of the Northern and Southern Caucasus.

ARACS is headquartered in Washington, DC, United States of America, and includes member fellows based in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Nagorno Karabakh and Russia.
